Indications

• Accompanying behavioral therapy
• Preventive use in predictable stress situations (e.g. vacations, New Year's Eve, new family member)
• Dogs < 15 kg
• Supportive for stress-related gastrointestinal problems or skin and fur diseases
  

Contraindications

• High blood pressure
• Hyperlipidemia
• Pancreatitis
• Cardiac insufficiency
• Chronic Renal insufficiency, metabolic acidosis
• Growing dogs
• Pregnant and lactating bitches
  

Duration of treatment
CALM should be fed for 2-3 months, lifelong feeding is possible. In the case of foreseeable periods of stress, feeding should be started 10-14 days in advance.

Stress control
The hydrolyzed milk protein (alpha-S1 casein) contains a patented peptide with stress-regulating properties (alpha-casozepine). L-tryptophan is a precursor of serotonin (neurotransmitter, regulation of appetite, anxiety, sleep).

Strengthening the natural skin barrier
The synergistic active ingredient complex of vitamins and amino acids strengthens the natural skin barrier by increasing the production of ceramides (skin lipids) to protect against external influences, the penetration of allergens and dehydration of the skin.

Excellent digestibility
Proteins with the highest digestibility in the small intestine (L.I.P.) lead to fewer undigested proteins in the large intestine. In combination with beet pulp and fish oil, intestinal health is supported.

Optimal oral and dental hygiene
The kibble has a mechanical abrasive effect on dental plaque. In addition, sodium triphosphates in the formula bind calcium contained in the saliva, which is therefore not available for tartar formation.
