SPECIFIC CT-DC-S Dental Treats Small

Most dogs suffer from some degree of periodontal disease by the age of two.
In addition, periodontal disease has long been one of the top 2 or 3 most common diseases in our dogs.
While brushing is still the best tool for managing dental health, chews offer a practical aid.

Featuring a special flexible texture and an open structure, they allow the teeth to penetrate deep into the kibble. This allows the teeth to be scraped clean, resulting in excellent cleaning.

Benefits:

  • Hexametaphosphate helps prevent tartar buildup by binding calcium from saliva, preventing plaque calcification.
  • Vitamin C phosphate: Inhibits the growth of oral bacteria, plaque and tartar.
  • Algae: Reduces plaque, tartar and volatile sulfur compounds (bad breath).
  • Green tea extract and eucalyptus oil provide fresh breath.

Not recommended for dogs with hyperthyroidism, as algae naturally have a high iodine content.
