Properties

Highly digestible ingredients compensate for reduced digestive performance and ensure optimal nutrient absorption during phases of convalescence and convalescence.

High levels of energy, fat, protein and other essential nutrients support convalescence and allow a reduction in the amount of food required - a clear benefit for dogs and cats with increased nutrient requirements and/or reduced food intake.

Contains ß-1.3/1.6-glucans (from yeasts) and increased levels of omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, selenium and arginine to support the immune system. Beta-glucans can bind to the receptors of macrophages and thus stimulate the immune system and support an adequate immune response.

The high energy density, high concentration of essential nutrients, high digestibility and excellent palatability support the recovery process after an illness, operation, injury or period of weakness.

The special pasty texture, which becomes more liquid when stirred, also makes this diet suitable for syringe and tube feeding. For use in narrow feeding tubes, it is recommended to add 1 - 2 parts water.
