Bonjour,
Je souhaiterais savoir si le collier support de la puce localisante est doté d'un système anti-étranglement, prévu pour s'étirer si mon chat reste accroché (par exemple, à une branche). C'est une caractéristique normalement intégrée aux colliers pour chats. Merci de votre réponse et bonnes salutations.

Si votre chat tire fortement sur le collier - par exemple s'il reste accroché quelque part - le fermoir s'ouvre automatiquement. Ainsi, votre chat peut se libérer lui-même en cas d'urgence.

Bonjour
Ayant deux chats très vagabonds, j'ai du acheter 2 traceurs...et j'ai aussi eu quelques problèmes avec les traceurs. Alors, comment fait on pour mettre un nouveau traceur sur mon abonnement actuel ??
Your iPet team Il est possible d'ajouter un traceur dans l'application Tractive. Cependant, chaque traceur nécessite son propre abonnement. Il est donc nécessaire d'activer un nouvel abonnement pour le traceur à ajouter.

Rassurant
Nous habitons une maison avec une clôture mais notre chat arrive à trouver parfois des passages et se sauve. L'avantage avec le collier gps est que je sais immédiatement quand mon chat s'est sauvé et je le retrouve très rapidement (sauf quand il perd le collier, ce qui est arrivé heureusement 1 seule fois).
Je suis vraiment rassurée et peut le laisser dehors en ayant confiance.
Le seul inconvénient est au niveau des barrières virtuelles qui ne sont pas très précises et ça m'indique parfois que mon chat a passé une barrière alors qu'il est sagement couché à plus de 1m de la barrière. -

Trajet parfois incorrect, car il semble que le chat passe au travers du bâtiment -

GPS très efficace, enfin compris comment économiser la batterie, simplement en enlevant le Live.

GPS Chat
Le GPS fonctionne très bien, on peut facilement retrouver son chat, carte très bien détaillé. Malheureusement la batterie se vide trop vite, elle ne tient pas une journée entière.

Batterie très faible
Contente de la précision, mon chat se trouvait bien ce soir à 2 mètres de l'endroit indiqué.
En revanche, la batterie est très faible et se décharge en une journée! Donc difficile à utiliser avec un matou rôdeur qui vient peu à la maison. -
Bon appareil
Attention, le traceur s'arrête quand il fait froid.
Dommage qu'il ne soit pas livrer avec un collier approprié à son poid, mon chat l'a perdu plusieurs fois. -
Traceur ok, batterie un peu faible
Fonctionne bien, mais devrait être un peu plus précis. La batterie se décharge assez vite, il faut surveiller sa charge de près!

Mauvais produit
Le traceur est tombé 2x en 2 jours. La 3e fois je n'ai pas pu le retrouver.
La batterie tient à peine une journée et la localisation n'est pas précise.

Nous sommes désolés que tu es si insatisfait du produit. Jusqu'à présent, c'est la première fois que nous recevons des commentaires indiquant que le traceur a été perdu.
Les performances de la batterie semblent insatisfaisantes, surtout à basse température.
L'inexactitude est malheureusement un problème général avec les récepteurs GPS.

Mais la précision du traceur n'est pas très précise !
Quand vous êtes en live tracking avec votre chat à côté de vous, il vous indique qu'il est à 100 mètres de vous ! De même pour la position de votre mobile, souvent il indique que vous n'êtes pas dans la maison ?!
Batterie faible autonomie !
Prenez en deux !
