Trovet Weight & Diabetic WRD is a diet food for dogs with obesity or diabetes mellitus.

Weight & Diabetic has been developed to help your dog lose weight. It is a complete dietary food with reduced fat and energy content.
The increased fiber content provides a feeling of satiety after a meal. The protein content is increased to prevent muscle wastage during weight loss and the vitamin and mineral content of the food has been adjusted so that it is still sufficient even with reduced food intake.

This diet can be administered during your dog's weight loss period if your pet has a permanently lower energy requirement, even after the weight loss phase.
This makes it easier for your dog to reach and maintain his ideal weight. Weight & Diabetic can also be used for (non-chronic) constipation due to the different types of fiber contained in this food.
Due to the increased fiber content and the use of slow-release carbohydrates, this food is also suitable for animals that have difficulty maintaining a stable blood sugar level.

Characteristics:

For diabetics, divide the food into 3 to 5 portions a day to minimize blood sugar fluctuations.
