Dermanorm oil is a feed supplement for dogs and cats to support skin function in the case of skin diseases and excessive hair loss.
The oil contains essential, unsaturated fatty acids that support the health of the skin and coat. The source of essential fatty acids is borage oil, which contains the highly concentrated unsaturated fatty acids cis-linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), and fish oil, which has a high content of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Thanks to the balanced combination of borage and fish oil, Dermanorm oil contains an optimum ratio of omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids (10:1).
100 ml contain:
cis-linoleic acid 49,940 mg, gamma-linolenic acid 1,470 mg,
Eicosapentaenoic acid 290 mg, docosahexaenoic acid 180 mg
Cats and small dogs: 2.5 ml daily
Large dogs: 5 ml per 10 kg body weight daily
It is recommended to administer Dermanorm oil directly with food.
Recommended duration of use: up to 2 months
