Calmex Cat for cats
Now with a new formula!
Calmex Cat is a calming food supplement for the treatment of stress and anxiety. It helps cats showing environmental behavioral problems to behave in a relaxed and normal way.
Unique combination of phosphatidylserine, L-tryptophan and B vitamins. Supports cats in stressful situations.
- L-tryptophan - an essential amino acid that is a precursor of serotonin, the calming and satisfying neurotransmitter
- B vitamins - essential for the functions of the central nervous system
For optimum results, it should be administered 3 days before the desired effect.
Examples of use:
- for fear of noise (fireworks/thunderstorms/construction noise)
- changes in life situation such as moving house, new family member etc.
- when traveling
- before a visit to the vet
- after operations when cats need to remain calm to aid recovery
- for acclimatization in a new home
- in territorial disputes with other cats
Shake well before use.
Place the supplied syringe on the attachment, turn the bottle upside down and draw out the required amount. Give directly from the syringe or mix with food.

Your iPet team Bonjour, le Calmex est généralement conseillé pour des évènements ponctuels de stress ou en accompagnement d'une thérapie comportementale. La durée d'administration dépend donc de la raison pour laquelle le chat a besoin de Calmex.
Il n'y a néanmoins pas de contre-indication à le donner sur le long terme, ni d'effet de dépendance connu.

Ich habe eine 18 jährige katze mit starker Demenz und Arthrose. Ich habe von meiner Tierärztin Calmex bekommen und bin mir bei der Dosierung nicht mehr sicher wie viel ich ihr bei einem Körpergewicht von 2.8 kilo geben darf.

Könnten diese Tropfen auch helfen bei übermässigem Felllecken bei Stress? Mein Kater ist sehr sensibel und wird schnell ängstlich und nervös und leckt sich dann an Bauch und Beinen um sich zu beruhigen. Es bestehen keine Haut- oder Fellprobleme und keine Parasiten.

Your iPet team Calmex Cat gilt als sehr gut verträglich. Das Ergänzungsfuttermittel basiert auf Aminosäuren und B-Vitaminen, welche die Katze unterstützen, ohne zu sedieren. Unerwünschte Reaktionen sind äusserst selten. Es kann auch sehr gut mit beruhigenden Pheromonen, wie Feliway Optimum oder Zenifel kombiniert werden.

Je l'utilise depuis plusieurs années
Je suis très satisfaite. À la fin du flacon, le produit devient trop dur et est difficile à faire sortir, mais autrement rien à dire.

Bei unserer Katze, die wegen einer Operation für 6 Wochen in der Wohnung bleiben muss, bringt Calmex leider gar nichts. Wäre ja zu schön gewesen…

Je viens de commencer le traitement et je peux dire qu’il y a déjà une amélioration, il le prend facilement avec la pipette et dieu sait qu’il est difficile pour la nourriture, chat très stressé depuis tout petit, jusqu’à s’arracher les poils, je ne peux que recommandé ce produit

Il prend Calmex 1 fois par jour sur recommandation de notre vétérinaire afin de gérer plus facilement un léger stress. -

Calmex hilft meinem schreckhaften Kater ein bisschen. Ich merke es vor allem, wenn ich es ihm mal ein paar Tage nicht mehr gebe, dann wird es wieder schlimmer. Wunder sollte man aber nicht erwarten, ganz weggeht es nicht und man muss ein bisschen Geduld haben. Es braucht schon ein paar Tage, bis es anfängt zu wirken.
Mein Schatz liebt Calmex und wartet jeden morgen auf seine Dosis. -
