ReConvales® Tonicum Cat is a dietary complementary feed.

Animals often suffer from a lack of appetite after operations, infectious diseases and gastrointestinal disorders. With ReConvales® Tonicum Cat you can provide your pet with valuable nutrients in liquid form.
In the case of hepatic lipidosis in cats, food intake is a prerequisite for recovery. The high acceptance of ReConvales® Tonicum Cat encourages the cat to return to its natural eating behavior.

Recommended feeding period:

ReConvales Tonicum should not be used as the sole source of nutrition, as it contains too little energy for this. Suitable on its own or as an addition to wet or dry food.

Bei unserer 15 Jahre alten Katze wurde ein Lebertumor diagnostiziert und der Tierarzt sagte, dass sie nur noch zwei Monate zu leben hat. Ich habe ihr Reconvales Tonicum gegeben und seit Dezember ist sie immer noch sehr lebendig und wohlauf. Ich habe vom Tierarzt einen B-Vitaminkomplex in Pulverform und auch ein Pulver mit Mariendistel bekommen, aber das mag sie nicht. Kann man es mit Reconvales Tonicum mischen? Danke!

Ist das auch geeignet für einen Kater mit idiopathischer Hyperkalzämie? Er neigt zu Oxalatsteinen, weswegen er auf einer Diät ist. Aufgrund Stress (mehrere Tierarztbesuche und OPs wegen Knoten, alles behoben, Mastzelltumor und die anderen Knoten ergaben keine Ergebnisse), hat er doch gut abgenommen und ich will ihn etwas aufpäppeln...

Es ist jedoch nicht speziell für Katzen mit Hyperkalzämie oder Oxalatsteinen entwickelt. Wenn Sie es nur in kleiner Menge als „Bonus“, zusätzlich zu dem von Ihrem Tierarzt verordneten Spezialfutter geben, sollte es in der Regel kein Problem darstellen. Ich empfehle Ihnen dennoch, die Urinwerte regelmässig kontrollieren zu lassen und die Anwendung mit Ihrem Tierarzt abzusprechen, da er den Gesundheitszustand Ihrer Katze am besten kennt. Kann ich es meiner fast 11 jährigen Katze geben, die Diabetikerin ist. Bekommt morgens und abends Insulin und hat im letzten halben Jahr sehr viel abgenommen. Von 5,2 kg auf 3,4 kg. Sie frisst sehr wenig und hat kaum Appetit. Snacks liebt sie aber sehr....
Your iPet team Das Reconvales Tonicum kann prinzipiell auch bei diabetischen Katzen zur Appetitanregung und Energieversorgung eingesetzt werden, da es eine hohe Akzeptanz aufweist. Da es jedoch Kohlenhydrate enthält, kann es den Blutzuckerspiegel beeinflussen und damit die Insulindosis beeinflussen. Bei einem so drastischen Gewichtsverlust und Inappetenz ist eine tierärztliche Abklärung vorab zwingend erforderlich, um die Ursache abzuklären und die Insulindosis zu kontrollieren.
