ATOPIVET - to support healthy skin function

The specific and exclusive composition of ATOPIVET ensures the preservation of the skin's most important protective mechanisms and thus helps to maintain the skin's barrier function. ATOPIVET supports healthy skin function in a safe, natural and efficient way.

Impairment of the skin barrier can lead to the penetration of dirt, pollen, other allergens and bacteria. It also leads to an increased loss of moisture and thus to dehydration of the skin. In order for the skin to maintain its important protective function, an intact lipid layer is required in addition to healthy skin cells.

ATOPIVET supplies the skin with valuable nutrients that ensure that the skin's protective function can be maintained.

Kann ich Atopivet anstelle von Apoquel verwenden?

Atopivet ist ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel auf Fettsäurebasis. Atopivet ist kein Ersatz für Apoquel. Es wird oft zusätzlich zu einer Behandlung mit Apoquel (einem antiallergischen Medikament mit juckreizstillender Wirkung) gegeben.

Bonjour, ai un chihuahua de 2 kg à qui je donne l'atopivet. Les gélules sont trop grosses pour son petit oesophage. 1) Est ce que ce produit existe aussi sous forme liquide? 2) Pour le moment je coupe la gélule en 2: est ce que l'enveloppe de la gélule contient aussi des principes actifs ou pas? Si non, je pourrais donner que le liquide qui est dans la gélule et jeter l'enveloppe?

Nous ne proposons pas les gélules Atopivet sous forme purement liquide. Les gélules peuvent toutefois être ouvertes et leur contenu ajouté aux aliments. Les gélules elles-mêmes ne contiennent pas de substances actives.

Guten Tag Kann ich die Kapsel auch aufbrechen und den Inhalt unter das Futter mischen

Sie können den Inhalt der Atopivet Kapseln problemlos über das Futter oder ein Leckerli verteilen. Der Inhalt kann z. B. mit einer Spritze aus der Hülle entnommen werden.

Mein Hund reagiert auf Fisch mit Durchfall. Dieses Produkt besteht hauptsächlich aus Omega-3-Fettsäuren aus Fisch. Daher kann ich es leider nicht verwenden. Welche Alternative schlagen Sie mir vor? Einsatzgebiet: Vorbeugung von Wundlecken Pfote (laut Tierärztin evt. allergisch auf Umwelterscheinungen).

Guten Tag, für einen Hund mit Fischallergie empfehle ich die kyli Algenöl 250 ml. Sie enthalten hochkonzentriert EPA & DHA aus Algen und sind 100 % vegan – ideal also, wenn Fisch nicht vertragen wird. Diese Alternative liefert die wichtigen Omega‑3-Fettsäuren sicher, auch bei Allergie oder Unverträglichkeit gegen Fisch. Ihr iPet-Team

Meine Berner Sennenhündin wiegt 30 kg. Der Tierarzt meinte, ich sollte ihr Olivenöl zum Futter geben. Das hat nicht geholfen, obwohl ich das schon mehrere Monate mache. Sie hat keinen Juckreiz. Könnten die Kapseln helfen? Dosierung? Muss ich den Tierarzt zwingend vorher fragen?

Hello, we were using Atopica for cat allergy and overgrooming. What would you recommend instead of that?

Atopica contains the active ingredient cyclosporine, which is an immunosuppressant used for the symptomatic treatment of chronic allergic dermatitis in cats. As an online shop, we are not authorized to sell medications. Therefore, we do not have any direct alternatives to Atopica in our range. It is essential that you discuss the treatment and the choice of medication with your veterinarian.

Chronic allergic dermatitis or overgrooming can have various causes, such as a food allergy, environmental allergies (atopy), or parasite infestation. Before starting any medication, the exact triggers must be determined and other illnesses must be ruled out, which often involves an elimination diet or specific allergy tests. Depending on the underlying cause, different treatment options are available. In addition to cyclosporine, these may include antihistamines, topical corticosteroids, or an allergen-specific immunotherapy (hyposensitization). Consistent flea prevention is also always an important measure, as a single flea bite can be enough to trigger an acute flare-up in allergic animals. Your veterinarian will determine the most suitable treatment strategy for your cat.

The administration of dietary supplements to strengthen the skin barrier, such as Atopivet Capsules, can be beneficial in reducing symptoms and may also help to reduce the dosage of medication in some cases. However, it is not a substitute for medication.

Guten Tag, wird es empfohlen zwischendurch eine Pause zu machen oder kann man grundsätzlich jeden Tag atopivet geben?

Guten Tag, Atopivet muss täglich gegeben werden. Je nach Hauterkrankung Ihres Hundes kann es z.B. nur im Frühjahr und Sommer (also ca. 6 Monate im Jahr, bei saisonalen Allergien) oder auch ganzjährig gegeben werden. Ich empfehle Ihnen, dies mit Ihrem Tierarzt zu besprechen. Ihr iPet-Team

Meine Katze ist auf jegliche Art von Getreide allergisch. Kann ich dieses Produkt anwenden?

Atopivet-Kapseln enthalten kein Getreide und sind daher für Ihre Katze geeignet. Wenn eine Allergie auf Schweine- oder Rindfleisch nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann, sollte die Kapsel aufgestochen und nur der Inhalt über das Futter gegeben werden.

Mon chien a des allergies, il est sous Apoquel 16 mg, 1 par jour Est ce que ce médicament peut remplacer l'Apoquel ? Où est-ce qu’il y a un autre produit ?

Non. Atopivet est un aliment complémentaire soutenant la barrière cutanée et ne peut pas remplacer un médicament prescriptif puissant comme l'Apoquel. Il peut toutefois être administré en parallèle pour soutenir la peau. Il existe des alternatives à l'Apoquel, mais elles ne sont pas en vente libre et doivent être prescrites par un vétérinaire. Veuillez donc consulter le vétérinaire traitant si vous souhaitez changer le traitement médicamenteux de votre chien.

Mein Hund frisst die Tablette nicht, da sie ihm zu hart ist. Das Aufbrechen ist sehr mühsam, da die Kapselhülle sehr hart ist. Was empfehlen Sie mir?

Sie können die Atopivet Kapseln vorsichtig mit einer Schere aufschneiden oder mit einer Nadel anstechen, um den flüssigen Inhalt direkt über das Futter zu geben. Sie können auch versuchen, ob Ihr Hund die Kapseln nimmt, wenn Sie sie ihm in einem weichen Leckerli geben. Sollte das alles nicht klappen, so kann die Kapsel mit Hilfe eines Tabletteneingebers verabreicht werden.

Durant combien de temps le traitement devrait durer?
La durée initiale de traitement recommandée pour les capsules Atopivet est d'au moins 4 à 8 semaines pour soutenir de manière optimale le cycle de régénération cutanée. En cas de problèmes de peau chroniques, une administration à long terme est possible après consultation d'un vétérinaire.
