Benefits of BARF feeding
The primary advantage of BARF feeding is that the composition of the food is known exactly. This is particularly helpful for dogs and cats with Food allergies, as it means that the presence of allergenic substances in the food can be ruled out. The risks of BARF feeding
BARF feeding carries the risk of malnutrition, as pet owners often have to compile the food rations themselves and therefore have to ensure a balanced and sufficient supply of all nutrients, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. For a balanced and healthy diet, the food must be precisely adapted to the individual nutritional requirements of the dog or cat.
