Cold press technology

To provide our beloved pets with the best possible food, Kudo uses advanced cold-pressing technology to keep the ingredients in the most natural and nutritious form possible. Cold pressing is a state-of-the-art method of producing pet food. During our manufacturing process, the food is exposed to a maximum temperature of 75°C. The exposure itself only lasts a few seconds, so this method preserves the nutrients of the ingredients. Kudo has developed its own unique process that adds a high percentage of highly palatable natural meat juice, which makes the food irresistible to pets. We all know that: When our pets are unwell, we are unwell too. That's why Kudo's cold-pressed food preserves the ingredients in their natural form.

Benefits of this technology

The most important benefit of cold-pressing technology is the way cold-pressed kibble dissolves in our pets' stomachs. As soon as they enter the stomach, the cold-pressed granules do not swell but dissolve very quickly. Dissolved, high-quality food components are much more easily absorbed by the body.
The food is used in portions that are up to a third smaller than the portions of extruded dog food.

In addition to meat, vegetables and fruit, the grain-reduced product line contains a small proportion of carefully selected, high-quality cereals. Kudo's products are enriched with oat and corn flakes, which are precisely balanced so that the available energy can be distributed evenly throughout the day.
