Farmina Vet Life Canine Oxalate
Farmina Vet Life Oxalate is a dietary food for adult dogs to reduce urate, oxalate and cystine stones. Also suitable for adult dogs suffering from severe kidney disease. Farmina Vet Life Oxalate reduces the formation of oxalate stones by reducing the amount of calcium and vitamin D3.
The administration of a lower amount of protein and less sulphur-containing amino acid reduces the formation of urate and cystine stones. Potassium citrate increases the saturation point for crystals by increasing the urine pH value. Farmina Vet Life Oxalate contains a small amount of copper. This prevents a toxic effect of the element, which generally accumulates in the liver.
