Fish oil is a valuable source of omega-3 fatty acids. It is characterized by a high natural content of the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 18 %) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 12 %). These vital fatty acids are essential as they cannot be produced by the body itself.

Supplementary feed for dogs and cats

It is essential to integrate fish oil into the daily diet to cover the need for these vital nutrients, especially when feeding raw food (BARF) and when cooking at home. In addition, Optisolo Omega 3 fish oil capsules can support the function of the skin, coat, liver, kidneys, heart and immune system in times of increased demand.

Feeding recommendation for dogs per day:

< 10 kg: 1 capsule every day

10 - 19 kg: 2 capsules every day

20 - 29 kg: 3 capsules every day

Feeding recommendation for cats: 1 capsule per week

Note: If there is an increased need (e.g. to support the function of the skin, coat, liver, kidneys, heart and immune system), the amount should be doubled.

Je lis partout que les Omega 3 sont utile pour lutter cntre l'arthrose, Futtermedicus Optisolo Oméga 3, ce produit serait-il utile pour aider à soulager un chat atteint d'arthrose ? Si oui qu'elle serait la posologie dans ce cas ? Merci.

Bonjour, effectivement les acides gras oméga 3 ont un effet anti-inflammatoire naturel, utile lors d'ostéoarthrose. Pour un chat je vous recommande 1 capsule par jour ou tous les deux jours s'il s'agit d'un petit gabarit. Votre équipe iPet

Guten Tag, ja genau es geht um die Konzentration an EPA und DHA:

Optisolo = pro Kapsel 90 mg EPA und 60 mg DHA

Provet Omega 3 = pro Kapsel 234 mg EPA und 156 mg DHA

Provet Omega 3 Forte = pro Kapsel 500 mg EPA und 250 mg DHA

Bonsoir , Je viens de reçevoir les capsules d'oméga 3 . Mais je ne sais pas comment les faires avaler à mon chat . Puis je les couper en deux ?

Vous pouvez percer prudemment les capsules ou les couper avec des ciseaux pour verser l'huile directement sur la nourriture. L'enveloppe vide peut ensuite être jetée.
