Kann ich das Futter oral care auch noch meinem 8 jährigen Hund füttern
Your iPet team Das Futter Hill's Science Plan Oral Care Adult ist gemäss Herstellerangaben für ausgewachsene Hunde im Alter von einem bis sechs Jahren konzipiert. Ein achtjähriger Hund kann ernährungsphysiologisch bereits zur Gruppe der Senioren zählen. Ab einem Alter von etwa sieben Jahren verlangsamt sich der Stoffwechsel vieler Hunde, was häufig einen reduzierten Energiebedarf zur Folge hat, und auch die Nierenfunktion sollte durch angepasste Phosphor- und Natriumgehalte entlastet werden. Wenn Ihr Hund mit acht Jahren weiterhin gesund und schlank ist, stellt die Fütterung dieses Produkts zwar kein gesundheitliches Risiko dar, es ist jedoch im Hinblick auf die Altersprävention eventuell nicht mehr die optimale Wahl. Wir empfehlen daher für ältere Hunde eine Umstellung auf das Hill's Prescription Diet t/d Dental Care, das auch für Senior-Hunde geeignet ist.

Meine Hündin mag dieses Futter und kann dabei optimal ihre Zähne pflegen. Sie verträgt den Kauspass auch hervorragend. Absolute Kaufempfehlung. Leider ist es etwas teurer.
