Bei chronischen Gelenkbeschwerden empfiehlt sich eine dauerhafte Gabe, um den Gelenkstoffwechsel langfristig zu unterstützen. Sollte das Produkt rein präventiv oder bei akuten Schüben genutzt werden, ist auch eine kurweise Anwendung über 2 bis 3 Monate möglich.
