PetSafe Microchip Cat Door
With its advanced selective entry technology, the PetSafe® Microchip Cat Flap is designed to allow your cat easy access to the outdoors while keeping other unwanted cats and animals out of your home.
Using RFID technology, the PetSafe® Microchip Cat Flap reads your cat's unique microchip ID without the need for a Collar or accessories. When your cat approaches the cat flap, the flap responds by granting access only to your cat. The cat flap remains locked, blocking access to non-programmed cats, Game, pests and strays.
The cat flap is also equipped with a reinforced, double automatic locking mechanism and 4 convenient manual locking options that allow you to control your cats' access.
The PetSafe® Microchip Cat Flap (PPA19-16145) reads the most common microchip types implanted in cats - FDX-B (15 digits). If you are not sure what type of microchip your cat carries, use the PetSafe Microchip Compatibility Checker. Enter your cat's microchip ID number and verify that your microchip is compatible.
If your cat is not chipped (we strongly recommend this!) or the chip is not compatible with this flap, you can use this flap with the microchip fob which can be ordered separately. The key is worn on your cat's Collar and uses Radio Frequency Identification Technology (RFID), whereby a specific code signals the microchip cat flap to recognize your programmed pet. The microchip cat flap key is about the size of a bottle cap and requires no batteries. Each microchip cat flap can program up to 20 keys.

Installation:

Bonjour, est ce que la chatière s’ouvre autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur avec la puce? Exemple, sur mes trois chats, il y en a un qui doit rester à l’intérieur, mais je souhaite que les deux autres puissent sortir et rentrer quand ils le veulent. Actuellement, je dois bloquer de l’intérieur à l’extérieur, afin que le troisième chat ne sorte pas. Ce qui empêche les deux autres d’aller et venir comme ils le veulent, car depuis l’intérieur je dois leur ouvrir porte. Merci pour votre réponse.

Your iPet team Pour une installation dans une porte métallique, PetSafe recommande de commander l'adaptateur de montage approprié. Avant l'installation définitive, il est préférable de tester si la chatière fonctionne correctement à proximité de la porte métallique.
La chatière à puce électronique ne s'ouvre que pour les chats équipés d'une puce électronique programmée ou d'une clé à puce électronique. Le régulateur à 4 positions permet de régler manuellement si la porte doit être ouverte, complètement fermée ou simplement verrouillée pour l'entrée ou la sortie.

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème avec un de mes chat, je n'arrive plus à programmer sa puce, elle s'est déplacée un peu plus en arrière, est-ce qu'il existe une rallonge de la chatière ?
Your iPet team Malheureusement, il n'existe pas d'extension pour la chatière permettant de lire la puce à une plus grande distance. Une solution serait de mettre à votre chat un collier avec un pendentif à puce et de le programmer également sur la porte.
