ROYAL CANIN® Gastrointestinal Kitten for a healthy digestive system in your kitten.

ROYAL CANIN® Gastrointestinal Kitten is a balanced and nutritious formula specially formulated to help maintain a healthy digestive system in kittens with gastrointestinal problems.

+ Indications:

• Acute and chronic diarrhea (including weaning diarrhea)
• Gastritis
• Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
• Colitis
• Bacterial overgrowth of the small intestine (SIBO)
• Maldigestion / malabsorption
• Inappetence, feeding after surgery

If there is no improvement within 3-4 days or if your cat shows symptoms such as bloody diarrhea, fever, vomiting or exhaustion, you should definitely consult a vet.

Healthy digestion
This easily digestible formula has been enriched with a balanced blend of insoluble and soluble fibers, including prebiotics, to promote healthy digestion and intestinal transit.

Optimal growth
This energy-rich formula contains appropriate levels of nutrients such as protein and calcium that a growing kitten needs to meet the nutritional requirements for healthy development.

Easy soaking
The kibble can be lightly soaked to stimulate food intake in kittens with reduced appetite. This can also ease the transition from milk to solid food. Add a little water, not too hot, to the measured food, stir and leave to stand for a few minutes. Before feeding, check that the food is no longer too hot for your kitten.

Important note
This product is a veterinary food from the ROYAL CANIN® Veterinary Health Nutrition range. It is therefore important that the food is only fed on the recommendation of a vet. This will ensure that your pet receives exactly the food it really needs. A change in diet should be made carefully and gradually over a period of 7-10 days. Pay attention to the correct portion size - especially with mixed feeding.

Mixed feeding possible
To meet the individual preferences of all kittens, ROYAL CANIN® Gastrointestinal Kitten is also available as a wet food with very soft mousse (Ultra Soft Mousse). Mixed feeding gives the food different consistencies, which can stimulate the appetite. Wet food has a more intense aroma and its moisture content helps to regulate the animal's water balance. Dry food, on the other hand, is easier to absorb and good for the teeth.
