ROYAL CANIN® Gastrointestinal Low Fat is a balanced and nutritious formula specially formulated to provide optimal digestion for dogs with gastrointestinal problems and other conditions requiring a low fat diet.

  • Diseases of the pancreas (pancreatitis)
  • Gastric mucosal irritation and inflammation
  • Disorders of the healthy intestinal flora (dysbacteria)
  • increased fat content in the blood plasma (hyperlipidemia)

Healthy digestion
This easily digestible formula has been enriched with a balanced mix of insoluble and soluble fibers, including prebiotics, to promote healthy digestion and intestinal transit.

Low fat content
This recipe is specially tailored to the needs of dogs that require a low-fat diet.

Balanced fiber blend
The limited fiber content of this recipe ensures that the dog's energy requirements are met despite the low fat content.

Important note
This product is a veterinary diet from the ROYAL CANIN® Veterinary Health Nutrition range. It is therefore important that the food is only fed on the recommendation of a vet. This will ensure that your pet receives exactly the food it really needs. A change in diet should be made carefully and gradually over a period of 7 to 10 days. Pay attention to the correct portion size - especially with mixed feeding.

Mixed feeding possible
To meet the individual preferences of all dogs, ROYAL CANIN® Gastrointestinal Low Fat is also available as a wet food with mousse. Mixed feeding gives the food different consistencies, which can stimulate the appetite. Wet food has a more intense flavor and its moisture content helps to regulate the animal's water balance. Dry food, on the other hand, can be given in small portions to avoid overloading the digestive system.

Composition

Rice, dried poultry protein, maize, barley, hydrolyzed animal proteins, beet pulp, animal fat, minerals, yeast products, mono- and diglycerides of palmitic and stearic acids esterified with citric acid, psyllium (shells and seeds), fructo-oligosaccharides (0.48%), fish oil, yeasts (source of mannan-oligosaccharides; 0.19%), marigold meal. Easily digestible raw materials: 82.4%.

La nourriture peut également être trempée dans un peu d'eau afin d'être mieux acceptée.

Bonjour, je ne vois pas dans la composition s'il y a un supplément de vitamine B12 ; je vois de la A de la E , je vous demande si les paquets Low Fat on de la vitamine B12.

La liste des additifs indique uniquement les substances ajoutées à la recette. Aucune vitamine B12 n'est ajoutée artificiellement au Royal Canin Gastrointestinal Low Fat, ce qui explique son absence sur l'étiquette. Cependant, cet aliment contient de la vitamine B12 naturellement présente dans les ingrédients (70 µg/kg dans l'aliment). Si votre chien a des besoins accrus en vitamine B12, il est certainement judicieux de lui donner un complément alimentaire adapté, par exemple Cobalaplex.
