ROYAL CANIN® Gastrointestinal Puppy is a balanced and nutritious formula specially formulated to promote healthy digestion in puppies with gastrointestinal problems.

Healthy digestion
This easily digestible formula has been enriched with a balanced blend of insoluble and soluble fibers, including prebiotics, to promote healthy digestion and intestinal function.
Optimal growth
This energy-rich formula contains appropriate levels of nutrients such as protein and calcium that a growing puppy needs to meet the nutritional requirements for healthy development.
Easy soaking
The kibble can be lightly soaked to stimulate food intake in puppies with reduced appetite. This can also ease the transition from milk to solid food. Add a little water, not too hot, to the measured portion, stir and leave to stand for a few minutes. Before feeding, check that the food is no longer too hot for your puppy.
Important note
This product is a veterinary food from the ROYAL CANIN® Veterinary Health Nutrition range. It is therefore important that the food is only fed on the recommendation of a vet. This will ensure that your pet receives exactly the food it really needs. A change in diet should be made carefully and gradually over a period of 7-10 days. Pay attention to the correct portion size - especially with mixed feeding.
Mixed feeding possible
To meet the individual preferences of all puppies, ROYAL CANIN® Gastrointestinal Puppy is also available as a wet food with very soft mousse (Ultra Soft Mousse). Mixed feeding gives the food different consistencies, which can stimulate the appetite. Wet food has a more intense aroma and its moisture content helps to regulate the animal's water balance. Dry food, on the other hand, is easier to ingest and good for the teeth.

Your iPet team Bei grossen Rassen wie Ihrer Hündin empfiehlt sich der Wechsel auf das Adult-Futter meist erst ab dem 12. bis 14. Lebensmonat. Da der Energiebedarf im Wachstum hoch ist, sollten Sie das Puppy-Futter bis dahin weiterfüttern und anschliessend über mehrere Tage schrittweise auf das Gastrointestinal für erwachsene Hunde umstellen.
