swisspet XL drinking fountain Stain
The extra-large swisspet XL drinking fountain Stain with 8 liters of water capacity is ideal for small to large dogs and cats and allows several animals to drink at the same time.
It has a cordless pump with an automatic switch-off function when the water level is low, whereby only the pump is cordless. The ultra-quiet pump operates at less than 15 dB and is supported by a blue LED indicator that makes the water level clearly visible.
With its triple filtration system that filters particles down to 0.01 microns, the water always stays fresh. The manufacturer recommends replacing the filter approximately every two months.
The fountain is easy to clean and install as the removable water tank and cordless pump make maintenance effortless. The water bowl is made of food-safe stainless steel and BPA-free materials. The bubbling water encourages your pets to drink enough water and supports their health.
The drinking fountain is operated using a power cable. The cable and plug are included in the scope of delivery.

Darf man mit Essig durchlaufen lassen oder wird dadurch der Filter verstopft? Nach welcher Zeit muss der kleine Schwamm in der Pumpe gewechselt werden? In der Gebrauchsanweisung steht, dass der Filter alle 2 Monate gewechselt werden muss. Ist dies wirklich ausreichend?
Bei anderen Brunnen sind es 4 bis 6 Wochen.
Your iPet team Der XL-Trinkbrunnen kann zur Reinigung grundsätzlich mit einer 1:1 Mischung aus Wasser und Essig gereinigt werden. Wir empfehlen jedoch, diese Lösung nicht direkt durch das Gerät laufen zu lassen, da sich Rückstände in den Filtermaterialien ablagern könnten. Reinigen Sie stattdessen den Edelstahlnapf sowie die einzelnen Teile der Pumpe separat mit dieser Mischung.
Der Hersteller empfiehlt, die Filterpatronen etwa alle zwei Monate auszutauschen. Dieser Wert dient jedoch als Orientierung, da die tatsächliche Nutzungsdauer von Faktoren wie der Anzahl der Tiere und dem Verschmutzungsgrad abhängt.
Bitte beachten Sie zudem, dass sich diese Angabe nicht direkt mit anderen Filtersystemen vergleichen lässt, da diese je nach Aufbau und Fassungsvermögen unterschiedlich funktionieren.
