Flumax® - for support with upper respiratory problems

Flumax® supports cats in dealing with the cat flu complex with the help of a very small daily amount. Appropriate support can reduce the severity of upper respiratory problems, virus excretion and therefore the risk of infection for other cats.

When should Flumax® be used?

Flumax® is suitable for all cats with upper respiratory problems, especially those with cat flu

Flumax® contains:

  • L-lysine: Naturally occurring amino acid that can help to reduce virus excretion
  • Cranberry and pomegranate extract: Fruit extracts with a high antioxidant content that can curb the proliferation of bacteria
  • Zinc: Essential trace element for maintaining good health
  • Pelargonium sidoides: Plant extract from geraniums that naturally supports the immune system and the innate defense mechanisms of the respiratory system.
  • B vitamins: These vitamins are important in numerous metabolic processes, such as the production of energy from food.
The paste can be given directly or in the feed. Each pump contains 1.5 ml. If necessary, the daily amount can be adjusted, based on 3 ml per 4.5 kg body weight twice a day. Kittens: 1 pump, twice a day Adult cats: 2 pumps, twice a day

3 ml contain:
L-lysine 500 mg, pomegranate extract (as polyphenols) 8 mg, vitamin B3 5 mg, vitamin B6 5 mg, Pelargonium sidoides 3 mg, zinc 1 mg, cranberry extract (as proanthocyanidins)

Additives (per liter):
Vitamins: Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.67 mg
Amino acids: L-lysine 166.67 mg
Trace elements: Zinc (E6, zinc sulphate monohydrate) 333 mg

Habituellement nous recommandons une cure de plusieurs mois pour gérer les symptômes lors de crises de coryza, si la maladie est chronique récidivante. Si chez votre chat la maladie est chronique et continuelle, alors vous pouvez en donner tous les jours un peu, à vie.

Guten Morgen, da mein Kater den Geschmack von Flumax leider nicht mag (und ich es somit nicht unters Futter mischen kann), wollte ich fragen, ob man Flumax auch in die Katzenmilch oder ins Wasser geben kann. Besten Dank.

Guten Tag, wenn Ihre Katze das Flumax nicht mag und es nicht mit dem Futter vermischt klappt, dann können Sie versuchen es mit etwas Katzenmilch aber nicht mit Wasser zu vermischen. Wichtig ist, dass Ihre Katze dann die ganze Milchmenge mit Flumax trinkt. Ansonsten können Sie es auch mit dem Add Onemischen. Ihr iPet-Team
