The Zenifel Gel Diffuser was developed together with cat owners and cat behavior experts. It contains feline facial pheromones and catnip and helps cats of all sizes and ages to become calmer in stressful situations. The aim is to reduce stress-related behaviors such as excessive grooming, scratching, running away, hiding, increased vocalizations or urinating in inappropriate places.

Cats naturally release various pheromones to communicate with each other and react to their environment. These include the feline facial pheromone, which is released via glands in the cheek and chin area.

Pheromones are species-specific, invisible and odorless chemical messengers that transmit moods and emotions. The Zenifel Gel Diffuser contains a synthetically produced pheromone that is modeled on the cat's natural facial pheromone, as well as catnip, which has a calming effect on many cats. Studies show that stress-related behavior can be reduced by up to 80 % in this way.

How to use

1. Unscrew the white transportation lid and dispose of or recycle as required. Keep the lid in case you want to transport the diffuser later or only use it temporarily.
2. Put on the beige diffuser lid with paw print.
3. Note the opening date on the diffuser.
4. Place the container upright in the place where your cat spends the most time. Keep out of reach of animals and children.
5. Replace the diffuser every two months.
