WDT Streuli Korvimin Diar

Chewable tablets for dogs and cats for the rapid relief of acute intestinal absorption disorders(diarrhoea) and to stabilize the fluid and electrolyte balance.

Korvimin Diar also facilitates the elimination of hairballs in cats due to its strong gel formation.
They compensate for electrolyte losses, provide quickly available energy and help to bind water and normalize the consistency of faeces.

Effect/properties:
Korvimin Diar contains purely natural ingredients. These help to normalize the consistency of faeces and regulate the main symptoms of diarrhoea (electrolyte and fluid losses, acidosis and lack of energy).

  • Propectins swell up with water and form a soothing gel layer on the intestinal mucosa. This layer makes it more difficult for germs and toxins to penetrate and counteracts fluid loss. Propectins also normalize intestinal activity.
  • Propectins and oligosaccharides nourish intestinal bacteria(prebiotic effect).
  • Electrolytes counteract mineral and fluid losses.
  • Bentonite binds germs and toxins that can cause diarrhea. It also acts as a buffer against hyperacidity in the intestine.
  • Energy carriers provide quick and lasting energy.

Application / Use
Please ensure that fresh water is always available for your pet. If necessary, the tablets can also be crushed, mixed with water and given as a mash.

Dogs
Small dogs (up to 10 kg): 2 × 1 tablet per day
Medium dogs (10 - 20 kg): 2 x 2 tablets per day
Large dogs (from 20 kg): 2 x 3 tablets per day

Cats
Cats (up to 3 kg): 1 tablet 1 x daily
Cats (from 3 kg): 2 x 1 tablet per day


The duration of feeding is usually 3 to 4 days and can be extended up to 2 weeks. It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian before feeding.
This dietary supplement may only be fed up to 10 tablets (dogs) or 6 tablets (cats) due to the higher bentonite content compared to complete feed. Simultaneous oral administration of macrolides should be avoided.

Korvimin Diar peut être donnée aux chiots (à partir d'environ 8 semaines). Il faut toutefois tenir compte du fait que la diarrhée peut rapidement devenir dangereuse chez les chiots, car ils se déshydratent rapidement.
