FortiFlora® PLUS is a unique combination of probiotics and prebiotics with a synbiotic effect to maintain a healthy gut microbiome and support long-term animal health. It is suitable for dogs of all ages (from weaning from mother's milk).

FortiFlora® PLUS has been shown to help support the health of your dog's digestive tract by promoting a healthy gut microbiome , nourishing the intestinal mucosa and strengthening natural defenses. Each sachet contains a guaranteed amount of probiotics (microencapsulated for improved stability and efficacy) combined with a plant-based prebiotic.

Canine FortiFlora has been proven to boost the natural defenses of dogs of all ages. FortiFlora is particularly palatable and can even help to increase appetite in sick or particularly fussy dogs.

Add Canine FortiFlora PLUS from the sachet to your dog's usual food
Canine FortiFlora is easy to feed. Simply litter the contents of a sachet over your pet's normal food (wet or dry food).

Even if the digestive problems improve within a few days of feeding Canine FortiFlora PLUS, it is advisable to continue giving FortiFlora PLUS for at least 7 days after the symptoms have subsided. This is the only way to stabilize the intestinal flora in the long term.

If your puppy's or dog's symptoms do not subside within a few days, consult a vet.

Recommended for Duration of administration
Digestive complaints in general, such as diarrhea or flatulence litter 1 sachet of FortiFlora Plus on the usual feed every day; administer for at least 7 days after the symptoms have subsided
Soft stools in connection with stress administer 1 sachet of FortiFlora PLUS every day, starting 3 days before the stressful event, for the entire duration of the stress and for at least 3 days after the stress.
Soft stools when using antibiotics administer 1 sachet of FortiFlora PLUS daily during the use of antibiotics and up to 7 days after the last dose.
To ensure maximum effectiveness, FortiFlora PLUS should be administered at least 3 hours before or after the antibiotic.
Soft stools when changing feed administer 1 sachet of FortiFlora PLUS daily from 3 days before the start of the feed change until 7 days after the complete changeover to the new feed
Supporting the function of the immune system administer 1 sachet of FortiFlora PLUS daily for at least 30 days
Improving the palatability of the feed for animals with a poor appetite add 1 sachet of FortiFlora PLUS daily to the usual feed for as long as it is necessary to improve palatability.

Vor zwei Jahren habe ich eine 7jährige, nun 9jährige Hündin übernommen. Sie war und ist leider immer noch eine schlechte, wählerische Fresserin. Als sie Durchfall hatte, habe ich ihr Proplan FortiFlora Canine Probiotic gegeben....und schwupp, frisst sie nun das vorher verweigerte Futter regelmässig. Es wäre natürlich toll, wenn ich ihr das Pulver weiterhin geben dürfte. Geht das? Und wäre vielleicht das Fortiflora Plus geeigneter? Danke für Ihre Hilfe!

Mein Hund hat eine IBD und ich habe ihm FortiFlora plus gegeben da er ein Prä und ein Postbiotikum braucht. Nun ist sie aber auch hoch allergisch auf verschiedene tierische Produkte. Bei den Zusatzstoffen steht nur tierische Nebenerzeugnisse aber nicht welche. Können sie mir sagen welche es sind? Sie ist allergisch auf Rind, Lamm, Geflügel, Hirsch und Pferd.

Par rapport à Canine FortiFlora, Canine FortiFlora PLUS contient des fibres prébiotiques supplémentaires. Celles-ci favorisent la croissance des bonnes bactéries intestinales. Cela est particulièrement utile pour les chiens à l'estomac sensible ou souffrant de troubles digestifs, qui ont besoin d'un soutien encore plus ciblé.

Les FortiFlora pour chiens et pour chats se distinguent principalement par leur teneur en vitamines et en minéraux. Par exemple, FortiFlora pour chats contient de la taurine, ce qui n'est pas le cas de FortiFlora pour chiens. Cependant, les deux contiennent les mêmes souches de probiotiques, qui sont principalement responsables de leur effet. Bonjour, j'ai une petite chienne chihuahua de 3.5 kg qui vient d'avoir une cure d'antibiotiques de 10 jrs (14 au 23.10.25). Je souhaite lui donner FortiFlora Plus afin de reconstituer son microbiote (déjà fragile, car née par césarienne !)... Dois-je lui donner un sachet entier/jour, vu son poids et pendant combien de temps ? Merci d'avance et cordiales salutations.

Bonjour, oui même pour un chihuahua de 3.5 kg la dose recommandée est de 1 sachet par jour et pour la durée de la cure, vous pouvez faire sans autre un mois (minimum 2 semaines) pour bien aider à rétablir la flore. Votre équipe iPet

Mon chien a eu une pancréatite et du coup maintenant elle est sur la mousse gastro-intestinale de Proplan, mais est-ce que je peux également rajouter ça pour lui refaire la flore, suite aux traitements qu'elle a eus ?

Oui, vous pouvez ajouter FortiFlora Plus. Il favorise la reconstitution de la flore intestinale après une pancréatite et les traitements associés. Comme il est pauvre en graisses, il est compatible avec le régime gastro-intestinal. Veillez à administrer la poudre pendant au moins 30 jours afin d'obtenir une régénération stable.

Guten Tag! Kann es sein, dass das Produkt Randen enthält? Mein Hund bekommt es unregelmässig. Und unregelmässig beobachte ich sehr roten Urin. Eine Freundin hatte die Idee auf Rote Bete.

Guten Tag, nein, dieses Ergänzungsfuttermittel verursacht normalerweise keine Rotfärbung des Urins und enthält keine Rote Bete. Roter oder rötlicher Urin ist beim Hund nicht normal und sollte tierärztlich abgeklärt werden, da verschiedene Ursachen wie Blut im Urin, Harnwegsprobleme oder andere Erkrankungen dahinterstecken können. Ich empfehle Ihnen daher, Ihren Hund bei Ihrem Tierarzt vorzustellen und eine Urinuntersuchung durchführen zu lassen.
