Aesculap manufactures a wide variety of clipper plates and clipper heads, as well as all types of clippers and hair clippers - corded or battery-operated, for animals (dogs, cats, horses, cattle, sheep and other livestock) and humans - at its own production facilities in Stihl/Thuringia. From the concept to the finished product - every step of the development process is carried out at the Suhl site, and even the motors for these high-performance products are manufactured in-house. However, the heart of the Suhl plant is and remains the production of shearing heads and shearing plates. The highly industrialized and semi-automated production has set new standards in its sector. This is why the modern Aesculap brand devices can be described as milestones in electric coat and hair clipping.

As a subsidiary of Albert Kerbl GmbH from Buchbach/Bavaria and part of the Kerbl Group, Aesculap clippers are exported from Germany all over the world.
