ROYAL CANIN® Early Renal is a balanced and nutritious formula specially developed to support your cat's kidneys in the early stages of kidney dysfunction.

• Chronic kidney disease in early stages* (IRIS stage 1 and stage 2)
• Nutrition for cats over 7 years of age with clear signs of ageing.

Early support of kidney function
A synergistic combination of antioxidants and the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA ensure that your cat's kidneys are supported from the first signs of impairment. As the kidneys may not be able to filter phosphorus from the blood efficiently, this diet contains a moderate amount of phosphorus.

Healthy ageing
This food with antioxidants and special nutrients such as green-lipped mussel extract is particularly suitable for older cats.

Support for digestion
This tasty formula has been enriched with a balanced blend of fiber and prebiotics to promote healthy digestion and bowel function.

This food also creates a urinary environment that discourages the formation of struvite and calcium oxalate stones.

This product is a veterinary food from the ROYAL CANIN® Veterinary Health Nutrition range. It is therefore important that the food is only fed on the recommendation of a veterinary surgeon. This will ensure that your pet receives exactly the food it really needs. A change in diet should be made carefully and gradually over a period of 7 to 10 days. Pay attention to the correct portion size - especially with mixed feeding.

Mixed feeding possible
To meet the individual preferences of all cats, ROYAL CANIN® Early Renal is also available as a dry food with crunchy kibble. Mixed feeding gives the food different consistencies, which can stimulate the appetite. Wet food has a more intense flavor and its moisture content helps to regulate the animal's water balance. Dry food, on the other hand, is easier to ingest and good for the teeth.
