ROYAL CANIN® Renal is a balanced and nutrient-rich formula specially developed to support your dog's kidneys in the event of kidney dysfunction.

• Treatment of recurrent urolithiasis requiring alkalization of the urine pH: Urate and cystine stones
  Prevention of calcium oxalate stones in Renal insufficiency.

Supporting kidney function
This feed contains a low phosphorus content and a moderate proportion of high-quality proteins to support kidney function.
Adapted energy content
The adjusted energy content of the recipe allows for smaller portion sizes per meal, which can compensate for a reduced appetite in some dogs.

This food features a specific flavor profile and texture to stimulate your dog's appetite - especially when food is refused.

Mixed feeding possible
To meet the individual preferences of all dogs, ROYAL CANIN® Renal is also available as Renal dry food. Mixed feeding gives the food different consistencies, which can stimulate the appetite. Wet food has a more intense flavor and its moisture content helps to regulate the animal's water balance. Dry food, on the other hand, is easier to absorb and good for the teeth.
