Sanoro Horse Pure consists of gently prepared horse muscle meat in its own juice. The raw material for pure horse is of food quality. The single protein makes this pure meat variety ideal for sensitive dogs of all breeds and ages that suffer from Food allergies or dietary intolerances. Also ideal for exclusion diets or BARF.

No added colors, flavors or preservatives. No synthetic (artificial) vitamins or synthetic minerals are added. The pure meat cans are pure muscle meat and are cooked in their own juice without the addition of salt or minerals.
Sanoro also does not use any binding agents, which means that the consistency may vary and there may be a liquid component. This meat broth should be fed along with the food as it contains important nutrients. Depending on the temperature of the Can and the content of natural gelatine (contained in the meat), the broth may also gel. This is a sign that no binding agents have been used.

Small pieces of meat and fat are visible. Liquid slightly gelled. Consistency and smell vary from batch to batch due to the different age, sex or origin of the animals.

The meat comes from animals that are not bred for meat production. The origin of the horse meat is carefully selected. Sanoro prefers to source its horse meat from the region or, depending on availability, from Germany or Europe.
Live transportation is avoided and no animals are used that are bred for meat production purposes. Meat from foals or mares from which the foals have been removed for milk production is also not used.
Note: Sanoro minces the meat with a 10 mm slice. In extremely rare cases, cartilage and pieces of bone may adhere to the meat in the feed. Sanoro does not want to grind the meat any finer than this, as the food would otherwise be completely structureless. Please take care when feeding to very small dogs.
