Virbac MOVOFLEX® Soft Chews Dog

Virbac's MOVOFLEX® Soft Chews are tasty, soft chews for dogs that help maintain joint health and mobility in dogs of all ages. 97% of the ingredients come from a natural source.

According to studies in which dogs were given MOVOFLEX® Soft Chews for 2 months, the overall mobility of the test subjects improved by up to 40 % and the first noticeable results were noticed by the respective dog owners after just 7 days. At the end of the study, a total of 58% of the owners were convinced that their dog's health had changed for the better . MOVOFLEX® is very tasty and was eaten with pleasure by 94% of the dogs.

The most important ingredients at a glance:

  • Egg Shell Membrane (ESM), a novel supplement made from hen's eggs that is rich in collagen, glycosaminoglycans and essential amino acids to support joint flexibility and elasticity.
  • Hyaluronic acid to lubricate and increase the viscoelasticity of the synovial fluid and maintain joint structures.
  • Krill meal, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, obtained from a sustainable source of Antarctic krill fished using an exclusive eco-harvesting method; krill meal is known to maintain healthy joints.
  • Astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis known for maintaining healthy joints.
  • Boswellia serrata extract, obtained from the resin of this tree.

Quelle est la différence avec le cosequin ?

La principale différence entre Cosequin et Movoflex réside dans les ingrédients actifs et leur effet spécifique sur la santé des articulations. Alors que Cosequin mise sur la combinaison classique de glucosamine, de chondroïtine, d'acide hyaluronique et de MSM, Movoflex utilise une palette d'ingrédients un peu plus large, notamment des membranes de coquille d'œuf riches en collagène, en glycosaminoglycanes et en acides aminés, ainsi que de l'extrait d’encens indien et des anti-inflammatoires naturels.

Le choix entre Cosequin et Movoflex dépend des besoins spécifiques du chien, des recommandations du vétérinaire et éventuellement de la réaction du chien à certains ingrédients. Certains chiens peuvent mieux répondre à une formule qu'à l'autre.

Movoflex: Ich stelle fest, dass es im Produkt Zucker hat. Wieso ist das so?

Movoflex für Hunde enthält eine kleine Menge Zucker (nur 1,7 %), die von den Inhaltsstoffen des Produkts stammt. Der Zucker hilft, die Feuchtigkeit in den Soft Chews zu regulieren, sodass sich weniger Bakterien bilden können und somit eine einwandfreie Qualität sichergestellt ist. 

Als Beispiel: ein Movoflex Soft Chew M, mit einem Gewicht von 2 g enthält 0.034g Zucke. Diese Menge ist so gering, dass sie für Hunde unbedenklich ist.

La plupart des chiens l'acceptent très volontiers. La taille est adaptée aux petits chiens. Si les comprimés sont trop gros, il est possible de les écraser et de les donner en plus petits morceaux - comme il s'agit de comprimés mous, cela est facile.

Bonjour, J'ai une westie de 15 ans et demi. Elle a de l'arthrose. Je lui donne 1/4 comprimé de Hyaloral tous les jours depuis plusieurs années. Pour une question pratique de quantité et au vu de l'âge avancé de ma chienne, pourrais-je lui donner un comprimé de Movoflex?
