Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets Canine EN Gastrointestinal
Canine EN Gastrointestinal is a dietary food for dogs that is made from easily digestible raw materials and has a low fat content, thus helping to compensate for inadequate digestion.

Purina Canine EN Gastrointestinal should be fed for 3 to 12 weeks, or for life in the case of chronic pancreatic insufficiency.
It is recommended to seek the advice of the attending veterinarian before use. If there is no improvement within 3-4 days or if your dog shows symptoms such as bloody diarrhea, fever, vomiting or exhaustion, you should definitely consult a veterinarian.
Purina Canine EN Gastrointestinal dog food can also be fed to puppies. It contains triglycerides with medium-chain fatty acids, which provide easily digestible and easily usable energy.
The recommended feeding period is initially up to 12 weeks, in the case of chronic pancreatic insufficiency for life. It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian before use. Offer water for free intake.

For dogs heavier than 70 kg: Feed an additional 35 g of dry food per additional 5 kg of body weight per day.
If you feed dry food and wet food Canine EN, please reduce 60g of dry food for every additional 200g of wet food.

Kann Gastrointestinal Proplan Veterinary Diets Trockenfutter auch dauerhaft an Doggenwelpen verfüttert werden? Wie hoch ist der Calciumgehalt? resp. das Verhältnis Calcium-Phosphor? Unsere 7 jährige Hündin wird mit Gastrointestinal seit mehreren Jahren gefüttert und verträgt es sehr gut. Kein weicher Kot und kein "furzen". Mit all den vorherigen Trockenfutter hatten wir immer Probleme (sehr weicher Kot, hie und da Durchfall und vor allem "furzen" auch hie und da Erbrechen)

Für Doggenwelpen empfehlen wir das Purina Pro Plan Athletic Puppy Healthy Start, das den Bedürfnissen an Eiweiss und Kalzium wachsender Hunde besser gerecht wird.

Da sich Futtermittelintoleranzen fast immer gegen Eiweissverbindungen richten, sind reine Fette für Allergiker im Regelfall unproblematisch. Da dieses Produkt aber nicht für Hunde mit Futtermittelallergie konzipiert wurde, sind Kontaminationen mit anderen Proteinen nicht ganz ausgeschlossen.
