FELIWAY® CLASSIC - Application

Screw the 48 ml bottle into the socket vaporizer and insert it in the room where your cat spends most of its time or where the stress-related behaviour takes place.

To give your cat the security and safety it needs, please leave the FELIWAY® CLASSIC vaporizer plugged in continuously 24 hours a day for 4 weeks.
The 48 ml bottle in the FELIWAY® CLASSIC vaporizer starter set is sufficient for continuous use for 4 weeks on an area of 50 - 70 m². For a living area larger than 70 m² or an apartment on several floors, we recommend using additional FELIWAY® CLASSIC vaporizers. 1 refill bottle (48 ml) of FELIWAY® CLASSIC is sufficient for a further 30 days of use on 50 - 70 m² of living space.

How FELIWAY CLASSIC works

FELIWAY CLASSIC has the same positive properties as the natural facial pheromone and gives the cat the reassuring feeling of being in a familiar and safe environment. FELIWAY CLASSIC is dispersed into the air through an atomizer, imperceptible to humans. The atomizer designed for this purpose covers an area of 50 - 70 m² for around 4 weeks.

FELIWAY® CLASSIC can also be applied directly as a spray to particularly critical points or objects (e.g. in case of fear of the mobile kennel or excessive scratching and urine marking). If possible, the use of FELIWAY® CLASSIC should be started one week before the stressful event and then continued for 4 weeks.

If a change in the cat' s behavior is desired, e.g. cessation of urine or scratching marking, FELIWAY CLASSIC should be used for at least another 2 weeks after the cessation of the behavior. If it is helpful for the cats (e.g. with very sensitive cats), FELIWAY CLASSIC can of course also be used permanently. FELIWAY CLASSIC is nature-identical, so very small kittens as well as sick and/or older cats can relax with FELIWAY CLASSIC.
