Fibor™ - innovative digestive support for dogs and cats

Fibor™ contains a unique combination of ingredients, including six different natural sources of fiber and kiwi fruit, to support the digestive tract and promote healthy digestion.

When should Fibor™ be used?

  • For diarrhea: to support digestion and bowel function
  • In chronic intestinal diseases: to promote the health of enterocytes and immune cells in the intestinal mucosa
  • In the event of a change in feed: to prevent digestive problems
  • For constipation: to regulate intestinal motility and for softer stools
  • For anal gland problems: to increase the volume of feces and improve emptying of the anal sacs
  • For obesity: to increase the feeling of satiety


Fibor™ has been specially developed to support gut health with five key ingredients:

Kiwi
Kiwifruit contain many soluble and insoluble fibres, helping to normalize intestinal motility and faecal consistency.
Kiwifruit contains actinidain, a proteolytic enzyme that helps to improve protein digestion in the stomach and small intestine.
Kiwifruit is also a natural source of prebiotics, antioxidants and vitamin E for general gut health and immune system support

Dietary fiber
A unique combination of 6 different fiber sources help support intestinal health. Soluble fibres normalize faecal consistency and can be used for both diarrhoea and constipation. Insoluble fibres support healthy intestinal flora and increase fecal volume, which improves intestinal motility.

Prebiotics
MOS, inulin and beta-glucans are prebiotics that support healthy intestinal flora and modulate the immune response in the intestine. They are therefore ideal in the case of chronic allergic or sensitivity-mediated gastrointestinal diseases (e.g. IBD)

Amino acids
L-grinine and L-threonine support the immune system in the gastrointestinal tract

Minerals
A high-fiber diet can have a negative effect on the absorption of iron and zinc. Fibor therefore contains chelated zinc and iron as well as vitamin C to increase the bioavailability of these minerals.

Measure the correct amount of pellets with the measuring spoon provided. 1 full spoon corresponds to 10 grams. Mix the pellets into the food every day. Provide sufficient water, as fiber-rich food can increase thirst. Fibor can be fed long-term.

Nein, ein Einweichen von Fibor ist nicht notwendig. Stellen Sie aber sicher, dass immer genügend Wasser zur Verfügung steht, da Fibor den Durst steigern kann.

Bonjour, Mon chien a tendance à les laisser de côté et de manger que les croquettes. Il ne mange pas non plus des légumes afin de lui apporter plus de fibres alimentaire. Auriez-vous un conseil afin qu'il les ingère? Régulièrement, on doit lui vider les glandes anales et a des selles formées mais bien molle....

Vous pouvez essayer de voir s'il accepte mieux le Fibor si vous l'humidifiez un peu, de manière à ce qu'il colle mieux aux croquettes et qu'il ne puisse pas les trier aussi facilement. Pour l'humidifier, vous pouvez utiliser un peu d'eau tiède ou un bouillon d'os. Celui-ci augmentera l'appétence générale de la nourriture.
Si, malgré tout, votre chien ne mange pas bien le Fibor, je vous conseille de lui donner une nourriture spéciale de vétérinaire qui soutient la digestion et améliore la qualité des selles. Pour une proposition détaillée, n'hésitez pas à vous adresser à nos vétérinaires : Conseils alimentaires

Mein Hund hat eher weichen Stuhl und leidet daher immer wieder unter verstopften Analdrüsen. Ich habe bis jetzt Flohsamenschalen gefüttert, mit mässigem Erfolg. Seit einer Woche gebe ich Fibor, leider ist noch kein Erfolg eingetreten. Soll ich die Flohsamenschalen absetzen, würde das was bringen? Anderer Tipp?

Setzen Sie die Flohsamenschalen ab, da Fibor bereits ausreichend Ballaststoffe liefert. Eine Überdosierung an Fasern kann die Kotkonsistenz verschlechtern. Der Darm benötigt 2 bis 4 Wochen für eine Anpassung. Sollte der Kot weiterhin zu weich sein, empfiehlt es sich, einen Wechsel des Hauptfutters in Betracht zu ziehen.
